GlamBoss is an AI-powered business management platform designed for beauty professionals, hair stylists, estheticians, and salon managers. The Service includes tools for client management, scheduling, inventory tracking, financial overview, and AI-assisted marketing and business insights.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• •Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to form a binding contract with us.
• •Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated.
• •Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

• •Billing: Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Billing cycles are offered on a monthly or annual basis.
• •Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
• •Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for partial subscription periods are not provided unless required by law.

4. User Content & Client Data Ownership

• •Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, client lists, photos, notes, and content uploaded to GlamBoss ("User Content").
• •License to Operate: You grant GlamBoss a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, run, process, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide and operate the Service for you.
• •Client Consent: You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from your clients to enter their personal data into the Service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, or federal laws.
• •Upload harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the platform.
• •Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

GlamBoss utilizes artificial intelligence tools to assist with scheduling, marketing copy, inventory forecasts, and business recommendations.

• •Informational Purposes: AI-generated suggestions are provided for operational assistance only and should not replace professional, legal, tax, or health advice.
• •Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, AI outputs may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated recommendations before applying them to your business or clients.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its software, visual interfaces, graphics, design, logos, and underlying source code, is the property of GlamBoss and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• •GlamBoss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• •In no event shall GlamBoss's total aggregate liability for all claims exceeding the total amount paid by you to GlamBoss in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to GlamBoss or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
